Project Brief

MSMÍ was developed as a luxury loungewear and lifestyle brand centered on comfort, intimacy, and quiet sensuality. The objective was to build a cohesive visual identity system that could translate across fashion, fragrance, and lifestyle products while maintaining a consistent, refined tone. The challenge was to avoid generic “luxury” cues and instead create something immersive, soft, and emotionally grounded.

Approach

The brand was approached as a sensory experience rather than just a visual system. Focus was placed on clarity, restraint, and atmosphere. Core elements such as the logo, colour system, and typography were defined alongside a material language that replaced traditional patterns with more expressive elements like deep pink cloud textures and flowing fabric forms. The system was designed to be structured but flexible, allowing for consistency without limiting creative application.

Implementation

A complete identity system was developed, including primary, secondary, and submark logos, a controlled colour palette, and a defined typographic hierarchy. Supporting elements such as visual atmosphere and textural expression were introduced to guide how the brand appears across product photography, packaging, and digital content. The system was extended into real applications, including social media templates and product presentations, ensuring it functions beyond static documentation.

Outcome

The result is an adaptable brand identity that feels calm, intimate, and distinct. MSMÍ presents a consistent visual language across touchpoints while maintaining room for variation and creative direction. The system is designed not just for presentation, but for practical use, supporting the brand as it grows across multiple product categories.
